This has got to be the strangest lawsuit I've ever seen..The whole thing is in handwriting...All 50 pages...This was filed in Federal Court, US District Court in San Francisco on September 14th, 2000..... Andrew Monaghan vs. Dan Rather, Alex Trebec, Roger Ebert etc.. Mr Monaghan is claiming a civil conspiracy of all these television personalities to point fingers at him through the television set and using that medium to defame him and basically ruin his life.....This is something you have to see for yourself to believe it..That's why I scanned all 50 pages as a photo(jpeg)... It gives new meaning to the phrase "what's the frequency, Kenneth?"
